# Return & Exchange Policy

At Coquette Luxe, every item is made to order especially for you. Because each product is custom printed after your purchase, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as a change of mind.

## Size Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, don't worry. We are happy to offer a **size exchange**.

Please contact us within **7 days** of receiving your order at **[collection.reve.ete@gmail.com](mailto:collection.reve.ete@gmail.com)**.

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the original item and sending the replacement size.

## Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is:

* Damaged during shipping,
* Defective,
* Poorly printed or has a manufacturing defect,
* Or you received the wrong item,

please contact us within **7 days** of delivery at **[collection.reve.ete@gmail.com](mailto:collection.reve.ete@gmail.com)** and include:

* Your order number,
* Photos showing the issue,
* A brief description of the problem.

If your claim is approved, we will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost.

## Non-Returnable Items

Because every product is made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

* Change of mind,
* Choosing the wrong color,
* Personalized or custom-made products,
* Sale items,
* Gift cards.

**Size exchanges are the only exception.**

## European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, your statutory rights apply. However, under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized. As our products are printed to order, this exemption generally applies.

## Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

* The item is defective,
* The item arrives damaged,
* The print quality is faulty,
* Or the wrong item was sent.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within **10 business days**.
