# Terms of Service

## 1. General

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Coquette Luxe website and all purchases made through our online store.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

## 2. Products

All products are made to order. Colors and print placement may vary slightly from the images shown due to different screen settings and the printing process.

We make every effort to accurately display our products, but slight variations are not considered defects.

## 3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in the selected currency and are subject to change without prior notice.

Applicable taxes and shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

## 4. Orders

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, you will receive a full refund.

## 5. Production & Shipping

Because every product is printed especially for each customer, production typically takes **2 to 5 business days** before shipping.

Estimated shipping times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Coquette Luxe is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.

## 6. Returns & Exchanges

As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds due to a change of mind.

We gladly accept **size exchanges** for unworn and unwashed items if you contact us within **7 days** of receiving your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, poorly printed, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within **7 days** with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.

## 7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, graphics, photographs, logos, product descriptions, and website content are the exclusive property of Coquette Luxe.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

## 8. Limitation of Liability

Coquette Luxe shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

Our maximum liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.

## 9. Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR where applicable.

## 10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of France.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
